When she’s not designing survival guides or roasting s’mores for Wild Yonder, Meredith works as an architect, crafting sweet spaces for some awesome clients. She has been with Ellen Cassilly Architect in downtown Durham since April 2011. During that time she has worked on a variety of projects throughout the Triangle, including three recent projects at Duke Gardens, two restaurants, new houses and residential remodel/addition projects.
She received her Master's degree in Architecture from NCSU in December 2008. She also has an MFA in Imaging and Digital Art from University of Maryland Baltimore County where she focused on printmaking and interactive sound and video installations.
A native of North Carolina, Meredith has traveled and lived elsewhere, but returned and found a renewed love with her home state. Off the clock and aside from all of the Wild Yonder fun, she can be found at her screen printing studio, at the flea market or farmer’s market, digging in the garden, tending the chickens, cooking and eating with friends, drinking whiskey around the fire with the crew, and generally having great adventures near and afar whenever possible.
