Shana is the Executive Director of the Raleigh/Wake Partnership to End and Prevent Homelessness. The partnership is the integrated efforts of The City of Raleigh and Wake County governments and includes community efforts such as Project Homelessness Connect, The Oak City Outreach Center, and The Wake County Homeless Resource Guide. It combines all of these efforts to address the need to end and prevent homelessness.
As Executive Director, Shana is working to strategically lead and engage the community in collaborative efforts to prevent and move people out of homelessness with nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her focus is to design and implement innovative, collaborative programs, systems and approaches; meaningfully engage volunteers; skillfully acquire and leverage resources; and implement creative, strategic, results- oriented methods to improve our community and peoples’ lives.
